Your care of mum was excellent. The laughter and the joking made it so much easier for Phil and myself to cope with the stress and upset over what was happening. A truly amazing service. Carers were very considerate very understanding, always there and willing to go the extra mile for you.

The two carers; Florence and Michael who took care of my father-in-law Roger through his illness were very dedicated to Roger and very passionate in their work. I could not fault them for anything; let's hope they go further on in life; when the time came they both showed dignity and passion to Roger till the end; my self and my partner can't thank them enough.

The staff are professional, courteous and carry out their duties with enthusiasm. They are wonderful.
